​​Minimum order

Our minimum order policy is only five pieces.. Our product line is set up with the five pieces with pricing, when paying for order you will receive 5 pieces of each item ordered.

Payment and Shipping

 

Payment: Payment is due when order is placed. We accept Paypal only for acceptable forms of payment. This is for the security of our clients as well as for our company

 

Shipping:  Processing of orders are generally 2-3 days. Once payment has cleared order is promptly shipped. Shipping time is approximately 15-30 days. Client will receive an email with tracking number. Please note: Some products are shipped from our international vendors. We do our best to ensure our clients receive no custom or duty taxes. However in some cases they will apply. Custom taxes are the responsibility of our client. Shipping is always free.

Returns & Refunds
Client may request a refund of order however there is a 35% restocking fee and a cancellation fee of 10%. If the client would like a refund we must be notified within 5 business days. No exceptions.  We are not responsible for lost orders due to the mail service. No refunds will be given on lost orders. The client is responsible for tracking their items.

 

 

Drop Shipping

Please contact us if you would like to drop ship your order. Please note shipping processes are the same for drop ship orders. There is a $3.00 additional fee for all drop ship orders. Shipping is still free.
